    Who can join USALLIANCE

    Membership is open to current and former IBM employees in the Tri-State Area. Residents of the town of West Haven, CT, and qualifying districts of Manhattan, Mount Vernon, and the Bronx, NY, are eligible. Individuals in the Massachusetts counties of Barnstable, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, Suffolk, and Worcester, and New Jersey counties of Bergen and Passaic may also join. Eligibility extends to many colleges and universities, houses of worship, local and state employees of qualifying counties in NY, and members of community-oriented organizations like ASCAP, AOPA, Tread Lightly, and the New York Historical Society.

    Open membership. Anyone in the U.S. can join — no employer, geographic or association requirement.
