Individuals who work for or are members of an approved Select Employer Group (SEG) are also eligible. Family members of current Signal Financial members may join, and individuals residing in MD, DC, VA, WV, DE, PA, NJ, or NY can qualify by donating $5 to the Signal Financial Charitable Foundation, Inc. Mortgages are available in Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
