Who can join VIBRANT
Vibrant Credit Union is open to all U.S. citizens and permanent residents nationwide by joining the Illinois Consumer Council or making a donation to the Be The Good Foundation. Residents and employees in specific counties across Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Indiana also qualify for membership.
