Who can join LA CAPITOL
La Capitol FCU membership is open to those who live, work, worship, or attend school in the City of Baton Rouge, or the underserved areas of Allen, Grant, Jefferson, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Orleans, Ouachita, Plaquemines, Rapides, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, Terrebonne, or Tangipahoa parishes. Students, faculty, and alumni of ULM, Delgado CC, Louisiana Tech, Nunez CC, Northwestern State (NSU), Baton Rouge CC, and Southeastern Louisiana University also qualify, as do employees of select employer groups and Louisiana state agencies without their own credit union. Immediate family (spouse, sibling, child/stepchild, grandchild, parent/stepparent, grandparent, or extended family in the same household) of a member qualifies. Anyone else can join by becoming a member of the Louisiana Association for Personal Financial Achievement (ACHIEVE); membership fees apply.
