Membership is open to persons who reside or work in, and businesses and other legal entities located in, the City of Vancouver, Washington, and within a specific surrounding area. Additionally, persons who live, work, or worship in the communities described as EastRidge Business Park Community, La Center School District #101, Battle Ground School District #119, Camas School District #117, Washougal School District #112, Vancouver School District #37, Woodland School District #404, Green Mountain School District #103, Hockinson School District #98, Evergreen School District #114, and Ridgefield School District #122 are eligible. Membership also extends to those affiliated with Educational Service District 123, Educational Service District 101, and Educational Service District 171. Immediate family members (related by blood, marriage, or legal contract, or cohabiting for family unit purposes) of eligible individuals, or the spouse of a deceased eligible person, are also eligible.
