Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in the Pennsylvania counties of Clearfield, Centre, Blair, Huntingdon, Juniata, Mifflin, Union, Clinton, or Snyder. Also eligible: recipients of a pension or annuity from a Centre County employer, immediate family or household members of any eligible person, and organizations of eligible persons.
