Who can join ARC
Membership is open to individuals who live, work, or worship in Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Clearfield, Centre, Fulton, or Huntingdon County, PA through the Altoona Consumer Council. Eligibility is also extended to members of Catholic parishes in Blair and Huntingdon counties, employees of partner organizations, and family members of current members.
