Membership is open to employees, employers, students, and retirees in Idaho counties: Adams, Ada, Benewah, Boise, Bonner, Boundary, Canyon, Clearwater, Gem, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, Owyhee, Payette, Shoshone, Washington, and Valley. It also includes persons who live or work in Oregon counties: Baker, Grant, Harney, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa. Additionally, natural persons who live, work, worship, or go to school in the entire State of Washington are eligible. Immediate family members of eligible individuals can also join.
