NEIGHBORS offers scholarships to individuals with a permanent Missouri address in Macon, Monroe, or Shelby County. Their Caring Co-op Neighbors Program assists North Central Missouri Electric Cooperative (NCMEC) members who participate in the program. Eligibility for NCMEC's program also extends to residents of Linn, Sullivan, and Putnam counties in Missouri, as their trustee board is comprised of representatives from these counties.
