Who can join MIRASTAR
Mirastar FCU membership is open to: employees and retirees of Santa Clara County; students and employees of the Santa Clara County Office of Education or any public school in Santa Clara County; employees of Select Employer Groups including Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, St. Louise Regional Hospital, O'Connor Hospital, Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley, Mayview Community Health Center, and Santa Clara County In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS); and companies or organizations that do business with or receive funding from a Corporate Partner. Anyone who does not otherwise qualify can join by becoming a member of the American Consumer Council (ACC) — Mirastar covers the cost. Immediate family and household members of eligible persons are also welcome.
