Who can join HUGHES
Membership at Hughes Federal Credit Union is open to those who live, work, worship, or attend school in Tucson or surrounding Southern Arizona communities. Eligibility also extends to employees of a Select Employer Group, including 4D Technologies, 7-Eleven Food Stores, AAA Arizona, AAFES-Army/Air Force Exchange Service, Abrams Airborne Manufacturing, and many others listed on their website. Individuals can also join by making a small donation to Friends of the Oro Valley Public Library, Friends of the Pima County Public Library, or Friends of the Kirk Bear Canyon Library, or if they have a family member (spouse, child, sister/brother, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild, stepsister/brother, adopted child) or household member who is already a member. The credit union was originally founded to serve employees of Hughes Aircraft Company and their families.
