    Membership is open to current and retired employees of the City and County of Honolulu and Maui County employees. Residents of Kauai are also eligible, along with students, faculty, and staff of Hawaii Pacific University and the University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV). Additionally, members of 9th Island Cultural Club of Las Vegas and Nevada PEP Inc. can join, as well as those affiliated with over 2,800 Select Employee Groups (SEGs) including HGEA, Waipahu Community Association, COSTCO stores on Oahu, Sea Life Park Hawaii, AOAO Harbor Court, and Hawaii Pacific Health. Immediate family members of a City & County employee or existing credit union member, and members of their household, are also eligible.
